"Van" J.B. Vander Ark

We all know Van as the founding conductor of Santa Barbara's Prime Time Band, a New Horizons Band. But prior to this ten year period in his life, Van had a long and illustrious career as a band director in Santa Barbara, and amazingly he also had a life before that!
