REGISTRATION and FEES
There are still a few openings in the trumpet and lower woodwind sections.

A waiting list has been established for all other instruments.

(To be placed on the waiting list, please send your registration form WITHOUT payment of fees.)

The registration fee of $285 ($275 for NHIMA members) includes rehearsals, daily breakfast, one lunch, four dinners and a social evening on Thursday with open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Spouses/guest may register for meals only at a cost of $130. Lodging arrangements are the responsibility of each individual.
ACCOMMODATIONS

All lodging arrangements are the responsibility of each individual.
Listed below is the contact information for the lodge (site of the Band Camp). They have accommodations for the event in the range of $95 to $138 plus 9% room tax (extra nights at the same discounted rate). Rates are single or double occupancy, extra person $10. Also listed is a nearby RV site.

Plan to arrive on Sunday, March 14.  Registration begins at 3 pm.  Dinner will be served at 6 pm followed by an evening rehearsal.  Plan to depart on Friday, March 19. Check out time is 11 am.

TRAVEL
Major airlines have connecting flights to San Luis Obispo.  Amtrak and Greyhound also serve San Luis Obispo.  Rental cars are available in San Luis Obispo (30 miles).  Ride-On (805-541-8747) a San Luis Obispo shuttle service is also available.  Cambria Pines is located 130 miles from Santa Barbara, 230 miles from Los Angeles, and 225 miles from San Francisco.

Plan to arrive on Sunday, March 14, and depart on Friday, March 19.

ACTIVITIES
The lodge offers a sand volleyball court and an outdoor heated pool and spa.  Tours are available at Hearst Castle. Golf, whale watching, and visits to local wineries are also possible. Check out their web site for pictures and additional information.
